This began with the sustainable idea of looking at how to make the most of small urban spaces for living and working and how to transform these spaces to suit many types of use in the course of a day and over the life of a building.

Amazing collection of art in Houston of John and Dominique de Menil. The whole neighbourhood feels like that art.

The founders of The Menil Collection are Parisians John de Menil and Dominique Schlumberger de Menil. They moved to the United States during World War II where they lived.
